TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOBILE ARCADES AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mobile Arcades from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Hungary shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
